The Stargate Consists of 9 chevrons of which only two are used, the bottom two are used to dial other galaxies (Ida, Pegasus) and has a ring with thirty nine different glyphs (constellations). Six glyphs and a point of origin. |

The stargates in the Pegasus Galaxy are different to our own. The have blue chevrons and only thirty six glyphs. The inner ring no longer spins. The glyphs cycle round via small lights that are on the inner ring. |
